Devoted Health (Devoted Health Plan of New York and Devoted Health Insurance Company of New York; home office Waltham, Massachusetts) sells the following to New York Medicare beneficiaries: Medicare Advantage PPO plans for 2027, including Chronic Condition Special Needs Plans (C-SNP). New to the Capital Region for 2027. If you use St. Peter's, Samaritan or Ellis, check the plan's own directory first, then its prior-authorization rules. I'm appointed with Devoted Health and with its competitors; the plan is chosen by checking your doctors, your hospital and your prescriptions against each specific plan, not by carrier name, and there's no fee for the comparison.
Who they are
A Medicare Advantage company founded in 2017. Devoted had no Medicare Advantage plan in New York for 2026. For 2027 the CMS file lists Devoted PPO plans, three of them Chronic Condition Special Needs Plans, in each of the six Capital Region counties. The Albany Med Health System added Devoted Health to its accepted-insurance list effective October 15, 2026; St. Peter's Health Partners and Ellis Medicine did not list it when I read their lists that day.
Plans are issued by Devoted Health Plan of New York and Devoted Health Insurance Company of New York, home office Waltham, Massachusetts (221 Crescent Street, Waltham, Massachusetts, as listed by NY DFS for Devoted Health Insurance Company of New York). Named here because New York Insurance Law §2122(b) requires a licensee who names an insurer to give its full name and home-office city.
