• Nathan Littauer Hospital & Nursing Home, at 99 East State Street in Gloversville, (518) 725-8621: an acute care hospital with a skilled nursing home, plus primary and specialty care centers. Its billing page says physicians in the hospital may not take the same plans as the hospital, so the hospital and each doctor get checked separately.
• Specialists in Saratoga Springs, Schenectady or Albany. If you also see doctors there, check them separately. Saratoga Hospital, Ellis Hospital and Albany Medical Center each have a page with their own accepted-insurance wording.
